Lockridge Woman Sentenced On Federal Drug Charges
DAVENPORT, IA – On Thursday, January 26, 2012, Pamela Sue Hesser, age 50, of Lockridge, Iowa, was sentenced to 84 months imprisonment in connection with federal charges of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine, announced United States Attorney Nicholas A. Klinefeldt. United States Chief District Judge James E. Gritzner also sentenced Hesser to 5 years supervised release following imprisonment, restitution in the amount of $6985.66 to be paid to the Drug Enforcement Administration for clean-up at various lab sites, and a $100 payment to the Crime Victim’s Fund.
Hesser previously pleaded guilty, admitting she conspired with co-defendant Ricky Forrest Kindred to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine. Ricky Kindred has pleaded guilty and awaits sentencing.
In a related case, David Carl Kindred and Randy Lee Lowe were sentenced to 164 months imprisonment and 131 months imprisonment, respectively. Another defendant in that case, Kevin Lee Harrison, has pleaded guilty and awaits sentencing.
This case was investigated by the Washington County, Iowa, Sheriff’s Office, the Washington, Iowa, Police Department, the Mount Pleasant, Iowa, Police Department, the Washington/Louisa County Drug Task Force, and the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement. The case was prosecuted by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Iowa.
